Corie Walworth Co-Owner Pest Patrol

Corie Walworth Co-Owner Pest Patrol

Corie Walworth is an Adrian community native, graduating from Adrian Public Schools and working as a Registered Nurse at the local community hospital for 25 years, long before she and Brent teamed up as partners in their pest control company. She says that the’ family secret’ is that most of their pest control customers don’t know that they are nurses too, but the need to stay on top of current safe practices in terms of pesticide handling, the correct impact on clients, and on the targeted pests is always guiding their business behavior.

Pest Patrol’s technicians must be state certified and knowledgeable about the pests and pesticides that they are working with before they are sent on appointments. “I am pleased and still surprised that I have lived in this community my entire life and have jobs that provide help to my neighbors in the form of health and safety support, although I understand that pesticides are generally not viewed that way”.

Corie also enjoys outdoor activities as time allows. Her latest (7 year) passion has been assisting the Adrian High School music program as a nurse chaperone during their week at summer camp, throughout football/band marching season, and throughout the school year as needed. “All of our children graduated from Adrian High School and participated in the music programs. We can help the programs now, not only as parents but via our professional training and interests”. Health and self-sufficiency of our community members is a huge drive for the members of Pest Patrol and the services they provide.
